Conducted drive testing & data collection for Alcatel-Lucent (client). Performed field collection data techniques for CDMA, GSM, UMTS, LTE, and VoLTE wireless technology environments.

Accomplishments

·   Performed stationary (SSD) and mobility (SSV) tests using NEMO Outdoor software applications.

·   Worked alongside RF Project Manager and Team Lead to meet client requirements and expectations.

·   Performed single-carrier and multiple-carrier drives.    

RF Data Collector, QuadGen Wireless Solutions/AT&T

Kansas City, Missouri — 2014-2015

Conducted drive testing & data collection using Agilent 6474 & TEMS Investigation on LTE, CDMA, TDMA, UMTS, and other 3G systems. Worked with Engineering Lead and coordinated with data collector and drive test teams. LTE drive tests (NEMO and JDSU configurations) included Site Shakedown Testing (SSD), Single Site Verification (SSV), and Cluster Drives.  

Accomplishments

●        Monitored LTE and 3G data service, handoff between UMTS and GSM upload/download activities (e.g., ping, short/long calls on multiple systems)

●        Conducted E911, 411, 611, short calls/long calls, and 3G phone service tests

●        Troubleshoot equipment failure and setup laptop device manager w/ comm. ports

●        Analyzed data with Agilent for coverage, dropped calls and Pilot pollutions

●        Designed cluster drive routes

●        Performed IRAT (LTE to UMTS or LTE to LTE handover), Reselection (idle mode UMTS to LTE handover), and mobility drives.

Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) Mitigation, QuadGen Wireless Solutions/AT&T

Conducted interference hunting & spectrum clearing operations using Rohde & Schwarz PR100 Portable Receiver.

Accomplishments

·   Identified general and targeted areas of interference—received from high RSSI telecommunication towers.

·   Notified engineers of potential interference and worked with the Federal Communications Commission to control or mitigate interference signals.
